Zoom with some questions- lots of diversity and ability to handle different tasks and litigation experience. It also involved resume screening and asking about previous work and handling challenges in the office while working with others.

Phone interview with the head of the department. It was about 30 minutes and felt like a very friendly conversation. He asked about my experience and interest in the legal area that he was head of.
