I applied through university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Atrium (Bozeman, MT) in Oct 2021
Interview
Did a total of 3 interviews. 1 was in-person at the Montana State University career fair, 1 was online with an HR person, and 1 was online with a Data Scientist.

Question 1
The first interview was pretty unstructured, and was more of a "tell us about yourself" type of thing.
The second interview with the HR rep had a lot of standard questions about past projects, how you handled a difficult situation, how did you respond to criticism, etc.
The third interview was more in-depth technical questions (no coding, just explanation) of projects discussed in previous interviews.
