Interview
The interview process took around 4-5 weeks. There were 2 initial interview calls, a take home assignment, 1 in person meeting (after they saw my assignment), then another phone call to further discuss the role and some difficulties they were having. The whole process made me feel like they were just out poaching ideas for their clients and had no intention to hire anyone.
