1st interview with HR. Very professional, good impression of Company and HR after this interview. 2nd and 3rd interviews were supposed to be technical interviews, but.... IMO, there was a disagreement between the 2 teams for the job scope of the position and well, I think they have absolutely no idea who they want to hire. There was also an overemphasis on procurement and cleanroom work. Procurement was mentioned at least 3 times for a "technical" interview. Very bad impression of the technical capability/knowledge in Axelspace after these 2 interviews. They need to look at themselves to ask if they are hiring a technician, procurement representative or a technical engineer. This role was supposed to be very clear cut. Think traditional (mech/elect/software) engineering roles.
