First of all one HR person took my interview, I think he tested my communication skills. After first round of interview second round was taken by Zonal Manager which was more based on knowledge I mean my subject knowledge was checked. Third round was all about my working agenda like how will I cope up in the new working environment, what will be my strategy towards my work and how will I focus on my work.
