Beside the usual interview screening question. Hiring manager ask what race do I belong to?
The HR person who were in the interview should've known better to remind/ stop the hiring manager what are the question not to be ask but she keep quiet and seems to be amused at the question?
Seems like the APAC team prefer to hire based on specific race. As interview go both ways I decide this company and its culture is not for me.
I never expect this type of question to come from a Swedish company.
Unless you're desperate for a job with this company, I will not recommend anybody to apply for any roles with this company.
