I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at BAE Systems (London, England) in Mar 2018
Interview
1st - Telephone interview: involved technical and competency questions. 30 mins
2nd - F2F + Case Study + Presentation.
Questions were scenarios based, case study was a business process modelling scenario for a billing system, and presentation was based on a subject of my choosing. 2 hours.
Interviewers were professional, experienced in business analysis and proficient in interviewing. The process is efficient and very scenarios based which makes it hard to prepare for. They ask the right questions to ensure you have the experience for role... this is not the case everywhere. Be prepared to talk about different areas of business analysis over competency based generic answers.

Interviewers put you at ease. Process was alright but long as too many back and forth between interviewers. Prepare for a case study. Also study your CV well as questions could be pulled out from it
