Interview
Applied online and was contacted by a recruiter about a month later about setting up an interview. Interview was via phone and took about 40 min, mostly behavioral and questions based on prior experiences. Was told by my interviewer I would hear back within 2 weeks but did not end up hearing back until almost 3 months later.
