BASF Interview Questions

First contact by recruiter, have 30 min interview. Then virtual interview with 3 person panel for over an hour. Got the email 2 weeks after then I have no been choose for the next step

a very detailed one hour interview with introductions and a thorough question and answers round. they give you enough time to ask your questions as well. they also are supportive if you make mistakes in your answers

They tell me on a Friday afternoon after working hours that I have an interview on Tuesday.During the process they ask you in the initial interview how many day’s notice you need to give to be able to come in for an interview and I said 5.I request the Tuesday off on Monday morning and get denied the request because it’s one day before the day I need off.I email the recruiter and hear back that they’d see what they can do about rescheduling it.I don’t hear anything all week until I follow up on a Friday and get an email saying they have suspended interviews for this position and will contact me if they open back up. Then I get an email later in the day saying I’m no longer under consideration for the job. The whole process is not well thought out and trying to communicate with someone in Uruguay during the interview process isn’t exactly ideal. For being a billion dollar company they really seem lacking in the communication department.

I had a really smooth interview process at the company's office. I arrived before my scheduled interview time and checked in easily. I was then directed to a cozy waiting room where I relaxed for a few minutes before being called for my interview just 10 minutes later. The interview lasted around 45 minutes and consisted of questions about my previous role and behavioral questions. However, despite the rigorous nature of the interview, everyone I met was friendly and welcoming. Overall, I had a very positive experience during the interview process.

First interview is with an LDP recruiter. Second is with a panel of VPs and Sr. Managers asking behavioral questions for an hour. They will respond with a verdict within a few days.

The interview questions follow your typical STAR question format. The panel interview usually consists of a HR representative, the hiring manager and people you may have to interact with during your position. The interview process is typically one hour long.

Interviewers are friendly. The process is quick and the phases are objective. I liked that I didn’t have to waste time with 5+ steps over the course of more than a month
