An interview in front of a panel of three journalists. Questions about personal skills e.g. talk about a situation in which you had to work in a team and had to overcome a disagreement. There were also questions about imagined work scenarios e.g. Obama has died in a car accident, we need to make a programme on it, what information do you put in and in what order, at what time are we broadcasting it, what BBC journalists would be involved?

Around 45 mins long, 5 or 6 questions. Mostly about team work, experience and scenario's. There were two people on the board and they took in turns to ask. There was no pre-prep for the interview.
