after results become avail, second interview with 3 managers, virtually; case study provided few days prior to interview.

first round is HR, simple go though CV. Second round is a group writing test, case studies, about 1 hour time. And then final 1:1 is with hiring manager, casual talk about past experience. The whole process is really quick
