I interviewed with 2 branch managers. The first interview was more about my resume and my skills set, and also was put in different scenarios and how would I resolve them based on situation. Second interview was with a Market Manager and he asked me basic questions about myself and previous experience. Basically he sealed the deal to make sure I am the right fit.

LONG. They kept sending me to meet with all of the branch managers in the region, so I ended up interviewing in person 4-5 times for the position. I had my phone interview in June and didn't start the role until September

Applied online and got a call fairly quickly for a phone interview, basic questions and talked about past experience. Interviewed with branch manager some behavioral questions fairly easy interview. Afterwards met with director waiting on offer.
