operations was more of a technical round..went well..
hr round was basic about your previous experience and your education details
group discussion was average.......

Phone Interview, 2 In person interview. 2 week wait after resume submission, 3 weeks between first and second round, 3rd round pushed because of hurricane sandy however an HR shuffle made the process unnerving

Interview
Nothing very specific - the interview process was a routine one - 3 rounds - though the time lag between each round was too long. HR did not respect the time-sensitivity before rolling out the offer and made errors in the offer rolled out.
Functional/Technical interview was however good, with aspects of the job explained clearly.
