Applied through my college's career services, was contacted by HR (BNY recruits through Aerotek), brief interview with recruiter at Aerotek about my resume, customer service experience, scheduling, etc. I was offered a 2nd interview at BNY Mellon, with call center manager. It was about 45 minutes long, toured the call center. The manager asks questions throughout the interview so make sure you have a lot of questions! Ask questions related to management, training, the co-op itself, BNY.....
