I was called in by a person who work there and asked to come on after sending my resume to another employee, who worked there. I sat down with two engineers who questioned me on various things such as educatin, experince, and where I wanted to be in 5 and 10 years. I was also asked what types of software I was familiar with and I told them of the softwares I had used and had been trained on.

Friendly, focused, very positive, talked about future goals and opportunities, meet with two owners, both friendly and positive. comfortable environment. Lasted about an hour. They were quick in making a decision; 2 days. Seemed genuinely interested in my credentials. some light conversation, offered me a drink. Nice office setting.
