Baffinland Iron Mines interview questions

The HR department called to initially screen my application. I passed this round and went for an in person interview. I asked about their future prospects after reviewing their website. Prospects are not good

Pre-screening was completed and experience was below average. The interviewer had almost no real input regarding the role. The next round was booked and rescheduled 2 times and further dropped with no explanation. It was highly unorganized and unprofessional.
