Interview
At first I had a phone call, then I spoke with the office manager and then my immediate boss. It was very professional. The office was very clean. Very relaxed atmosphere. They asked a lot about my previous job and details. They asked if I could handle a high stress environment.
Applied online and was offered a phone interview within a week or so. Phone interview was very standard mostly focused on previous experience. Should not stress too much about the initial screen.
