Balfour Senior Living interview questions

Absolute no follow through , never returned calls, never called back when they said they would ,complete disregard for the interviewer . They apparently think they are too good to have an ounce of decency. It wax a terrible experience

The interview process was easy. Staff was friendly. Interviewer provided detailed information and they were not afraid to be open and honest about their challenges, staff-resident ratio, and duties. Talked about the next steps in the hiring process. Scheduler was willing to work with your schedule outside of work and be flexible
