I had a phone interview with a recruiter. They then emailed to set up an in person interview right after. I wasn't able to respond to the email they sent regarding it, but was called the next day and the recruiter tried to stay on the phone until I could confirm that I received it and booked the interview. I told them to resend it instead. Before the interview, I had to submit 5 references through Skill Survey, which is excessive. Each reference is sent a 30 question survey plus several essay questions. Again, excessive. The 'in person' interview was over zoom and consisted of three back to back interviews. They were lovely people and the environment they work in sounds great. I was then ghosted for about three weeks and only after following up did I receive a rejection letter. Unprofessional on the recruiter's part to ignore me and hope I would go away. Great staff, but terrible recruitment ethics.
