Interview
It was conversational. Asked usual questions about goals, strengths and weaknesses, and interests. I was interview by phone. And would be updated through email. Overall it was a good experience.
The interview process was generally positive and professional, with clear communication and fair questions, but it felt somewhat rushed and could improve with better structure and deeper role-specific discussion overall.
