Interview
For the interview process that I experienced, there are two parts, I've only gotten to the First part, which is the trainer goes over what bankers life insurance agents do and how they provide for senior citizens, and then we see if we are interested in the company, and the second part is meeting with the hiring manager Heather Morrison

How long will it take to receive the ability to sell insurance?
At first is pretty much a really quick screening process over the phone, then a phone interview, and then like two in person interviews basically, with two different higher ups.

Interview
It started with a briefing seminar in a group before an in person interview. The questions were brief and in line with other sales jobs. Motivation seems to be the highest desire from the employer.
Very easy group briefing and then a personal one on one interview. You get to see exactly what you'll be getting into and the awesome structure of the company. You also get to see how you can develop your career there.
