Typical graduate application, a series of tests, and then had to video myself answering questions they asked. The questions asked were not related to the job I applied for at all
They were very informative and helpful throughout the process. It was a question based, mixed assesment. Partly video interviews and also partly aptitude tests - a bit like an IQ test. Lots of questions based around how you interpret data and problem solving.
Typical graduate scheme structure. First is psychometric tests, then a virtual interview (with no people) that is more STAR questions annd not relevant to the role itself and then a case study. Not sure what stage you’d actually talk to a human
