Up to 5 competency questions were asked in which the theme of the questions were linked to risk management and customer service. When answering, two individuals took notes. It was very easy and seamless.

Digital and automated. You didn’t meet a hiring manager or anyone from the team in person until your first day. Video questions and lots of screening required of you which causes delays in onboarding.
My interview was a one stage process. It was an entry level position and so the questions reflected that. I attended the interview at one of the branches and the interview was taken by the branch manager and assistant manager.
