Applied online first through their Career portal (no campus recruiting). I received an email to schedule a phone interview. The interview took about an hour or so and was extremely comfortable.

Panel of 5 interviewers asking questions about work I've done and how I handle conflicts. Also asked questions about technical knowledge. They gave an offer just two hours after the interview.

"What is one time you worked with a difficult person, and how did you handle it?"
It was a very easy process. I had 3 levels of interview. One was with an HR person, one was with the program managers, and the last one was with teams that were interested in hiring me. I had three overall, but sometimes it is only one.

I applied for Summer 2019 internship. The interview process was really smooth. My interviewer where really nice and they didn’t expect me to know every single stuffs. The interview questions were both behavorial and code based. Super easy!! Super helpful!! If you land an internship at Bayer KC site, defn consider it!!
