I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Beech Valley in Nov 2025
Interview
I applied through LinkedIn and was contacted about a week later for an interview. When I scheduled it, I noticed the meeting was only 15 minutes, which immediately suggested it might not be a full traditional interview. During the call, the interviewer didn’t ask any questions—instead, he simply restated the job description and told me he was adding me to their A-list. Shortly afterward, I received an email that essentially confirmed I was now in their general candidate pool, similar to a temp-availability list. Based on the structure and brevity of the meeting, it felt more like they were meeting a quota of pre-screens than filling a specific role. If an actual job materializes quickly, I’d be surprised
Beech Valley has a 4 step application process including a detailed application (7 minutes) and 2 assessments (30 minutes). After completing the 3 steps, I received a generic email stating:
“Thank you for taking the time to consider Beech Valley Solutions. We appreciate your interest and enjoyed learning about your background. Unfortunately, we are unable to move forward with your candidacy but we wish you all the best in your search.
Best,
Rachel Connolly”
After spending the time to complete their application process, I asked for specific feedback regarding their conclusion and never heard back. I followed up with several emails asking for feedback but never received a response. I do not recommend applying to this company because I now feel like it’s a scam to gather and sell personal data. The company was responsive and sent follow up emails for me to complete their multi-step application process after telling me I was a great candidate, to only ghost me after giving them all my data.
It was a quick phone call to tell me about the process and to verify all my skills were listed. I should have known then it was too good to be true. They said they would send jobs and check in me monthly.
