I applied online/ by email and then went in to the hotel for an interview. The interviewer asked questions about how I'd act in certain situations, previous experience in the service industry and personality type questions, to see if I had the dedication and was fit for the role.

Sat down with the bar manager in a hallway, handed a sheet to fill out that included details that are illegal to ask, such as past medical conditions including history of nervous break downs, then asked what experience i had. They let me ask a few questions about how the process would proceed, said that i would be provided with training, took my information and told when my first shift would be.
