Great Interview with the Customer Service Manager at the time, Natassha. She was friendly and informative. The interview was really good up until, she introduced me to the owner and we had our mini group interview amongst us. The dog Sasha was in there peeing, not professional, but as she says its her office. From the introduction I could tell the owner was intimidating with her strong force and present, but i figured that must be how some owner feel they have to be in order to run their company. It was not until i started that I witnessed the berating she did to her employess.
