The first step was a personality test then a short video recording interview. The short video interview asked basic questions about yourself and your interest in finance. The process took about 30 minutes.

The interview process took about 4 months. First round is phone interview, which was quite straight forward. Mainly competency based: why global data why Bloomberg and why Bloomberg fits you? Got response the same day to schedule an in house interview . Second round was in house interview with team managers. Interview itself was quite relaxed and again they want to know Why Bloomberg and Why global data ,what do you think you ll be doing in this internship and how would your ideal internship look like? They really just want to know why Bloomberg is a good fit for you and why you have the Bloomberg mindset, i.e. want to make a difference and be bold Last round took quite a while to get back to me so i send 2 emails to ask and got a response after 1 month that i have another interview with the team this time. The interview was very focused on my CV and "Why Global data compared to other departments in Bloomberg or other company.". They really want to know why Global Data!
