Applied online at commodities dept for the position of C++ developer. Within a few days I got a response from them and they scheduled a telephonic interview. The interview was conducted by 2 people. One of them was a Dev and the other a senior manager. There were very few logical or puzzle like questions. No problem solving questions. The interview was mostly concentrated on the in-depth knowledge of c++. They wanted someone who could work on supporting C++ applications running in production. They started off with normal question about inheritance and then moved into STL. There was a few questions about how would you handle issues in production.
