First round on campus; second round on site with 2 cases with partner-level people at the firm. Looking for structure and correct answers to the case. Second round is more challenging than the first and usually requires some sort of trick to unlock the case

    On-campus interview (after resume screening) was an hour and a half, two 45-minute interviews that consisted of 30 minutes of a case and 15 minutes of personal questions. Final round had the same layout, and was also an hour and a half long. In between lots of people on the recruitment team reached out to answer questions.

    Two rounds of two cases. The first round was with a consultant and an associate and the second round was with two partners. Overall it was a good process and what I expected. BCG likes to show candidates graphs and see how candidates respond.
