I was contacted within a few days after submitting my resume online. The process consisted of a 30 min call with an entry-level recruiter. I was told that if the call went well, the next step would be to meet with the Hiring Manager. The call consisted of the basic questions around background, I was given a brief overview of the company, and given the spiel about how hard it is to get hired at the company. I guess this is a precursor to not getting a call back.
