The interview process for Bridgewater requires no preparation, it is not meant to be a technical interview, but more as a way to udnerstand your thought process. Many times it will be consolidating your thoughts and being able to clearly communicate that.

Interview
1 hr, consulting case style interview. Asked me how I could construct an analysis of a company. Asked me follow up questions and then did some maths on it. Very interesting experience.

Had an initial round of recorded phone interview with an HR member. The interviewer asked me about my experiences on my resume. Since I did not make it to the second round, I do not know the process or procedure after that
