I did the initial call. it was pretty straightforward. she did not even ask less expected behavioral questions. the interviewer was very sweet. she told me that she could even consider me for the same role in other locations

Interview
15 minute phone interview with a recruiter to learn more about you and asked around 3-5 behavioral questions. It was very short and easy going. Thought I would get asked for a second round interview, but I was honestly shocked when I was not.

I had a phone interview with a recruiter from HQ. She gave a lot of information about Brooksource and the position. Asked personality typing questions and about my experiences and any questions I had. Explained the training process and how the first year of the job looks. As the recruiter she forwarded my information to the HR director at the location I applied to.
