Fairly easy -- You get interviewed on the floor where there are shoppers around. If interview goes good you get pulled to the back where they ask if youu want to work with them

It is a multiple interview process. Usually it is three interviews. First is a traditional interview. Then they test you on things you think would sell in the store and what wouldnt and why. Then they have you create three outfits/pick three pieces and explain why you think they would and wouldn't sell.

Three different interviews, including a fashion sense test in which you pick out clothes from the store that won't sell. Long process from first interview to first day of work.

Overall it was fine, pretty decent interview, but they interviewed me for the wrong job. I applied for cashier but they thought I applied to be a buyer, but it ended well.
