I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Bullhorn (Saint Louis, MO)
Interview
About 2 days after submitting my resume, I was sent a link to a computerized personality/intelligence assessment. This took about a 30 minutes. It was fairly straightforward and seemed to assess for traits and skills necessary to be decent at the position.
A few days after completing the assessment, I was sent a link to complete a 1-way interview, which involved answering I think 5 questions via webcam. You had 1 minute to read the question, 1 minute to think about your response, and 3 minutes to record a video response. The questions were fair and lined up with the roles of the position.
A few days later, I was invited for an on-site interview. I got a tour of the place and then had 2 interviews, one with a lead, and one with the head of the department. The interviewers were friendly and made the interview process enjoyable. They were not redundant with their questions, which was refreshing. My second interview that day lasted twice as long as scheduled because we had such an engaging conversation.
I would have accepted the offer, had I not been made another offer that I could not turn down (paid a lot more). The offer came 4 days after the interview. Their speed and efficiency is the best I've ever come across. They don't waste your time and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Question 1
Name a time you solved a problem as part of a group.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Bullhorn (Sydney) in Feb 2025
Interview
A lot of behavioural and situational based questions. Got me to the 4th round and still selected someone internally because they couldn’t select out of 5 people. Disappointing experience overall!

Question 1
Difficult customer, tell me about a time you discovered an issue that wasn’t apparent to anybody.
Fairly straightforward, i had two rounds of interviews before my offer. Once with two managers and finally the second with the two head manager's. Overall fairly straightforward questions and since it was a support roll everything was pretty surface level in terms of questions and answers
