it was pretty casual but still feeling like you're being assessed and much more difficult than I thought it would be, just generally asking questions about you so be prepared to talk about your future plans

Interview
The interview process was easy. Just smile a lot use buzzwords like customer service happy to help and team member. Make sure you tell them your hours are very flexible. I was able to be hired without any work experience at all
