3 interviews with 2-4 people each time. Was offered the job and negotiated a start date. Was told it was a done deal and the formal offer that would arrive in 1-2 days was just a formality. 4 days passed without contact from them. I contacted them and was told they were going to continue to look for candidates.

Interview
There was only one interview. It was with the GM and another person from the company. Questions were typical of any other business. It's a sales business and some customer service questions were asked.

Basically asked a bung of different behavioral questions which wasn't to bad then meet with another manger overall it was a pretty smooth process they seem like a pretty good company to work for and am excited to see where it goes from here
