Interview
General in nature, not too specific with regard to support. Overview of various teams and training to assist getting familiarization with job was very weak. Director was always promising help and did not follow through. Never available for additional support
I had previously worked for the company, then left for about a year. So this interview consisted of lunch with 1 person I had worked with previously and the person that was hiring. I was asked the usual interview questions about my goals, past experiences, etc, but in a less formal setting.

I was asked in detail about my financial skills, ability to do budgets etc.
Interviewed with one manager and later with 2 senior managers on a different day. They were all very professional and well organized. The manager was relocating to another office and they were looking for a replacement,

Interview
It was a fast process. Very professional and friendly especially if you have experience in real estate property management. The team is eager to hire if you have experience or show lots of interest.
