The interview process began with a phone screen, then a quick phone call with the team I would be working with, and lastly an hour long video interview with the team. The interview mostly went okay, a couple of people on the team were generally condescending and it seemed like a lot of the questions were improvised.
Towards the end of the interview I was asked a couple of weird brain teaser questions that they seem to have made up (I Googled them and couldn't find anything). The two people that have been condescending to me the entire time upped the ante and didn't seem to like my responses to those and kept dwelling on them and being subtly condescending about my answers as I was trying to work it out. Overall this was a very negative experience for me. The team was entirely male and I am female, unfortunately you can never really know if that is a factor or not although I have my suspicions
