There was a phone interview with a recruiter, then a phone interview with two bosses that I'd be working under, then another phone interview with some people I'd have been working with, then a face-to-face interview with some more people I'd have been working with. No questions particularly from left-field, but a lot of repeating (as you keep interviewing with different people), and such a long process (I did three interviews, and there was at least one more for whoever got it!). Was annoyed that after three interviews, they didn't bother to tell me when I didn't get.
