Interview
The interview process is a joke, they'll tease you with a management position only to tell you that you'll need to work there 3-5 years before you're offered that position. I declined when I applied years ago but recently applied for the managerial position and they gave me the exact same line each time, this means that they're just using that false position to lure in more sales reps. I went in for the interview and my interviewer was LATE by 40 minutes. She went over my resume ridiculing each position I've had telling me that she wanted SALES and not CUSTOMER SERVICE although my last 4 positions have been sales positions and were relevant to the sales rep job that they kept trying to shove in my face. The interviewer didn't really sell the position, they pretty stated that metrics were going to be unrealistic and stressful and that you'll be cold calling doctor's offices harassing them to get contracts with other clinics... but the challenge is suppose to outweigh the lower pay and instability of the job.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
This will be the hardest job you've ever had, how do your last positions stack up against it?
Interviewer said I was a great fit and then still sent me rejection letter. Not much honest feedback about the best way to improve and actually land the job in the future.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at CHG Healthcare (Salt Lake City, UT) in Mar 2024
Interview
In house recruiter was late to the call, I received a text shortly after stating they were having tech issues. I understand that can happen so not too big of a deal. Once we connected, it was apparent that this recruiter had no idea what questions she was asking, nor did she take a look at my CV to see that I had been a previous employee at CHG for over 3 years. This is a recruitment firm for staffing and recruitment of Providers and their own in house recruiter does not know how to take a quick glance at a CV while recruiting for the position. After I explained to her that I was a top producing rep on one of the largest specialties at CHG for 3 years, she finally stated that she would need to connect with HR to see if I was eligible for rehire. I already knew I was because I had a colleague in HR that could check within minutes and let me know that I was as I was never terminated during my time there. This recruiter explained that it could take over a week or so? interesting. After a week and a half went by with zero response, I followed up via email and text to see what our status was. I received an automated rejection email that same day. No context, no text/email back explaining why. Specifically coming from this environment of recruitment, I will say this is absolutely not how you do any part of this position. Terrible experience and I will end my journey to ever consider CHG again.

Interview
The interview was over the phone. I would've preferred a VC but it was not my decision. The initial interview was with a recruiter and she was perfectly wonderful to talk to. She asked a lot of good questions about my skills and who they would apply tot the role. After we were done she told that she would refer me to the hiring manager.
