The interviwees were very nice and laid back. I really enjoyed the interview and getting to share about why I love and chose nursing. The questions were challenging but thats what helps set others apart.

Interview
I was interviewed by the ADON. I have over 30 years of CVICU experience. He asked me if I felt I could work there. Made two references to my being female then hired someone with less experience. This happened to a coworker as well. Was actually told by the ADON that women struggled in his unit.
