CKE Restaurants interview questions

It was strange. The person was apparently with HR but it felt as if she was the front desk receptionist. She knew very little about the role and asked odd questions. Then they had me do an assessment which honestly was absurd. It was asking me operational questions such as, there are 10 employees, if one needs off in a Thursday and one only can work Monday morning and one needs to swap a day this week, how would you schedule the staff? I was applying for a marketing role, not sure how this related. Anyhow, I never heard back after jumping through all of those hoops, just felt minor league.

It was a four different interview process, really a structure and very professional, add for all the process all the questions where answer in a proper manner, they took the time to make that specific and good questions
