Interview
Standard, it is exactly what you would expect from a large insurance company. First HR, then onto the Manager. The questions were geared towards my past and the IT systems for which I would be running projects for, that is about all.
general qn about project exp and expected sal,quic response to yur resume . even get call the next day from hr.iwas looking for better sal . hr was nice to offer upcoming psition. but later did not get any update due lay off happening everywhere

intervie was easy and everything went smoothly. everyone was punctual and everything was straightforward. there were five stages answerting questions taling about yourself and answering scenario questions. Interviewer was friendly
