Was contacted by recruiter then a time and date was given to meet with the manager over the phone. Not a difficult process at all. manager made me comfortable during interview process.

Telephonic Interview with basic introduction and accademic qualification and They asked me to come down for a 1on 1 interview later I had Panel interview as well senior from onshore was on line and asked few questions aboutthe organization.
