The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at CUNet in Apr 2010
Interview
I was first reached out to by an outsourced recruiter. She set up a quick phone interview to determine if I had potential for the position. After that went well it was followed by a phone interview by one of the hiring managers. After that I was scheduled for an in-person interview with some of the hiring managers and their teams. The office seemed pretty casual and laid back. Each interviewer was courteous and respectful and I felt comfortable talking with them about the position and industry. I was able to get a very clear picture of the office environment and the job duties of the open positions
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at CUNet (Paramus, NJ) in Dec 2011
Interview
Extensive interview process with tests w/ actual tests taken. The questions asked can sometimes be riddles, try to be confident. The actual written test I took had questions that were on par with some of the GMAT questions I was studying, a little intense and was strange because you didn't need any technical expertise to be an AE. Fun overall though, this company is an AMAZING opportunity for recent grads or someone looking to get their foot in the door in online marketing and/or lead gen.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
A riddle about regarding probability. I got it right ONLY because I had been studying that exact question while taking the GMAT. I was flustered when I tried to explain my answer (which was correct) so the interviewer thought I had cheated and someone told me the answer to the riddle...Which they hadn't! A little unprofessional and disheartening to have normal interview jitters be held against you, even when you do get the answer correct :/
