Interview
The interviews are really easy and superficial, with only classical and boring interview questions without any difficult points. Overall, the picture of the company coming from the interviews is bad as I was treated poorly by some quite arrogant people. In the end, I received an offer and I declined as I had other options. They seem the type of company that just wants anybody as long as he/she holds the right diploma, no care for the actual skills or similar. I guess it is this way since they know you will leave as soon as you receive another offer.

They asked me the name of the companies that I was interviewing with and also how much I was offered. Obviously, I told them lies, but really, who do you think you are to ask these questions? Make your decisions based on your own evaluations.

Hice una primera entrevista con RRHH donde te cuenta un poco sobre capgemini y el cliente que vas a ir. La segunda fue con el manager del proyecto y por ultimo, con el cliente que es el que decide la contratacion. Despues hicieron la oferta formal de trabajo.
