The process consists of 4 round.
Round 1:
Online Aptitude plus English.
Round 2:
This round consists questions related to pseudo coding.

Technical Interview

HR Interview
Their hiring process is average as per difficulty level. One need to qualify each & every section in order to proceed to further round. Firstly one need to qualify apti then they can go to English section. After qualifying both they will go to pseudo coding round. Result after this round will come next day. After that there will be 2 1 to 1 interview. First is technical interview. Those clearing this round will go for hr round. Then the selection will be confirmed after getting clearance by the hr.

You belongs to Metallurgy branch. So why do you want to be a part of Capgemini for this role?
It was quite tricky but it's too worth it. It's totally depends upon the real time projects You have made. As final word I can say that it's totally depends upon the skills you have equipped with the role you have applied.
I registered on LinkedIn. I applied for the post. I received a call from the recruiter within the next week and then I interviewed the very next day. Within the next week I onboarded.
The company came for on campus recruitment. The process consisted of three stages:
1. Online Assessment
2. Technical Round
3. HR Round
Online Assessment was aptitude based with some object oriented programming mcqs. In the technical interview, the panel asked me to write some pseudo code in python.
