      Interview

I went to MMU ambala for recruitment process. Initially there was an online aptitude test. It was quite easy for me. There were two sections - logical reasoning and quantative aptitude, each consists of 16 questions. If you've practiced even for a month, you can easily crack that. No GD. Then online written test was there for testing your English.. We're given different topics to write. I got - Is competition necessary for success.( others got like - health and wealth, games and sports, senior citizen etc. All were easy) Frankly speaking.. I Love writing, so It was the section I liked the most. Just focus on your grammatical section. They aren't checking your knowledge about some other topic but your command on language. After that, there was a PPT (pre-placement talk). Meanwhile our tests were being checked. You need to lent your ears on that presentation bcoz they may ask you something from that part or about their company. So be prepared. After one hour of PPT results were announced alphabetically.. I was selected ( I was really hpy😋). Then we got some refreshment. Later on, they gave us kinda employment agreement forms and asked us to fill the details. Then we're called for interview one by one. First technical round was there. You need to focus on two things there, what's in your resume and communication. They also ask about basics of c, c++ and SQL. No Java at my time. (good for me) Some questions were asked related to my personal life. Overall it was fine. And at last they asked why do you want to join capgemini. I answered accordingly. Then he asked me to go for HR round as my technical was clear. In HR , mam asked 2-3 questions about my background, hobbies and things I liked most about capgemini. I told. So finally she collected my documents and said that you'll get review from your college. It was my first interview and I got offer too. 😊 But I rejected bcoz of less package (2.1 lpa ctc) and far locations for job. ( south India)
