Interview

Applied via an agency, got invited to interview a few days later. The managers that we're interviewing me were very abrupt, rude and intimidating. After asking me one question, they then asked me "what", i re-explained my answer to which they responded "are you nervous" but not in a comforting re assuring manner. I responded yes, and they literally said nothing.

    lots of paperwork but the face to face interview was very friendly and was like chatting with a friend.

    when i arrived at reception i was taken up to a breakout area to fill in a selection of forms, and had my documents taken to be scanned, after around 20 minutes i was taken to a room to be interviewed one to one and i was asked a few standard questions and also questions such as why did you leave your last job etc

    First I went to Blue arrow agency in Coventy and they called me few days after for interview. Secondly, we had interview in groups; it was like an IQ and English assessment - The interview took around 30 minutes and I guess most of the goup passed it. After that I received call from the agency to inform me the date of the start and after a week I got the offer.

    Interview

    First, there was a phone interview, it was quite basic. Then I got invited to an interview.

    It was a group interview. There were 3 of us, but I know that normally the groups are bigger than that.

    There were two interviewers.

    Some ice breakers. After that each of us were given a description of an animal and had to discuss in groups why our animal needs funding from some charity or something like that. It doesn't matter what you say as long as you are interacting with your group and being vocal while being well manered.

    After the interview they took us one by one and told if we got hired.
